I contacted Florida Door Controls with an issue with my older gate operator. I was happily surprised with the response and attention to my issue. The technician arrived while I was working and let me know he did not need me to leave work to check things out. He was professional and courteous, and explained exactly what he needed to do to diagnose the problem.
