ACCESS SYSTEM AND GATE MAINTENANCE PLANS

Proper gate maintenance is key to keeping your gate openers, telephone entry systems, & other access control systems working properly, reducing costly repairs and injuries or safety violations in the process.  Proper care up front keeps costs down in the long run.

PLATINUM PLAN

Firstly, with the Platinum Plan, we cover your equipment.  Perfect for high-traffic electric gates.  Your equipment & gate openers receive regular preventative maintenance to stay working like new for the life of the agreement. In gate openers, we grease wheels, change belts, etc.  We examine and test all components of the gate openers.

Under the Platinum Plan, if repairs are needed, FDC covers the cost of repair labor and materials to take place during regular business hours. If emergency service is required, FDC will cover the cost of any parts used during the service.  However, emergency labor is not included.  The FDC Platinum Plan is our most extensive service plan, guaranteeing the maximum protection available for your card access control equipment, electric gates, CCTV systems and more.

GOLD PLAN

Similarly, An FDC Gold Plan is a great way to protect electric gates, parking equipment and more from unexpected problems. As with the Platinum Plan, the Gold Plan includes preventative maintenance, which will help minimize unnecessary stress on your gate openers and help eliminate problems before they arise.

Should any repairs be required, FDC covers any resulting labor costs (during normal business hours).  However, emergency labor costs are not included. Unlike in the Platinum Plan, parts are not included.

PM Plan – Equipment & Gate Maintenance

Lastly, our Preventative Maintenance inspections are the best way to identify and prevent potential problems with your equipment. With an FDC Preventative Maintenance Plan, FDC performs quarterly inspections to keep you informed of system condition and any issues that may affect the performance of your equipment.

The PM Plan covers only the inspections, replacement parts, however, are the responsibility of the customer.
