Revenue Control

The collection of payment for your customers’ parking privileges can be collected in a variety of ways.

Ticket dispensers or “ticket spitters” print tickets for your customers to park on your property. Parking pay stations come in manned or automatic varieties. Customers pay by cash or credit card to receive a ticket to display in their vehicle. Pay-in-Lane stations allow the customer to complete the parking transaction without having to leave their vehicle. Fee displays show the customer the amount they owe and can display the time when not in use.

FDC also installs attendant stations. We fit these with various access and revenue control solutions as well as controls to barrier gate and access control systems. FDC is a licensed contractor in Florida and can build the entire station from the ground up.

Automated Parking System – Access Control

For even greater parking control, there are a variety of methods to control entry to your parking lot or parking garage.  See below how FDC can help your parking business make more money!

Vehicle Tracking

Vehicle tracking systems count vehicles as they enter and exit and adds and subtracts accordingly to the number of spaces that the facility has. The information is transmitted to a display directing traffic to the appropriate areas where parking is still available.

Automatic Vehicle Identification

TIBA automatic vehicle identification can grant access to authorized vehicles and record the dates and times of their usage.  This eliminates the need of tickets and increases traffic flow during busy times.

LPR – License Plate Recognition

TIBA License plate recognition systems allow you to pull license plate numbers to calculate parking time and fees, control access to secured areas.  They can even calculate fees for lost tickets! These systems bring added security as a record of vehicles that have been in your facility that can be used by police should the need arise.

Parking Garage Access Control – Parking Gate Systems

Various gate systems are available to protect your automated parking system and parking areas.

Barrier gates deter vehicles with barrier arms that extend out over the traffic lane. Standard barrier gate arms, or straight arms, remain straight in both the up and down state.  Articulating gate arms raise and fold at a joint in the middle to avoid collision with the ceiling.  These are needed for low clearance areas, like parking garages.

There are two styles of parking garage doors or gates, grilles and tilt gates.  Grilles curl along the ceiling like a garage door while a tilt gate rotates and lays parallel with the ceiling.

Security Products

CCTV systems monitor your site and protect it from vandalism and other unforeseen circumstances. CCTV installation keeps your parking facility safe and secure.
